Job Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and growing the business mainly within F&B and Pharmaceutical customers across Thailand. This includes developing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing customers, and providing technical consultation on water quality analyzers, controllers, instruments, and solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and develop new business in F&B and Pharmaceutical sectors through customer visits, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Manage existing key accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Understand customer needs and provide technical recommendations for water analyzers, controllers, and integrated solutions.
  • Collaborate with service teams for installation, commissioning and aftersales support.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to support sales and product strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support marketing events, seminars, exhibitions, and customer workshops.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, Mechanical, or related fields).
  • 3-5+ years of experience in technical sales, instrumentation, or relevant industrial equipment with communication, negotiation, hunter and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience in F&B and pharmaceutical industry solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of water quality systems (pH, DO, COD, BOD, turbidity, TOC, conductivity, etc.) is preferred.
  • Own a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Thailand.
  • Excellent in Thai and good command of English will be an advantage.
