Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer specializing in Automation & Energy Solutions for a full-time, on-site role in Rayong. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical support, developing tailored solutions, and driving sales of SpareX products and services. The role will involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing detailed proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer projects and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales techniques for developing and closing opportunities
  • Strong skills in Technical Support and in-depth understanding of automation and energy solutions
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term client relationships
  • Ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  • Previous experience in industrial automation or energy solutions is advantageous
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in both English and Thai is highly beneficial
