We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Present and promote the company's products, solutions, and services in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Understand customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and technical solutions.
  • Follow up on sales activities from quotation, negotiation, and order confirmation to project completion.
  • Coordinate with engineering, service, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and report sales progress, forecasts, and project status to management.
  • Continuously study product knowledge, technical solutions, and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 13 years of experience in sales (experience in technical or industrial sales will be an advantage).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) will be an advantage.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Preferred Skill (Optional)

  • Experience in B2B, industrial, or project-based sales.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial systems, machinery, or technical solutions.
  • Ability to read and understand datasheets, drawings, and technical specifications.
