SALES ENGINEER (INDUSTRIAL METROLOGY)

Role Description

The Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City. The role involves providing technical expertise and support to clients by thoroughly understanding their requirements and proposing tailored metrology solutions. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, delivering product demonstrations, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will act as a liaison between clients and the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and align solutions with client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales of our industrial metrology solutions, such as portable-arm CMMs, laser trackers, gear testers, X-Ray (2D and CT), Vision inspection (2D and 3D) systems, etc., for an assigned customer portfolio and territory, and to achieve/exceed your assigned sales targets.

  •  Regularly and methodically visit existing customers and develop new customers for our range of industrial metrology solutions based on their latest requirements and needs.

  • Update CRM on a timely and effective basis for team-wide follow-up and teamwork support.

  • Reports to the Sales Department Head as assigned and works interdependently with colleagues within and across departments.

Pre-requisites:

  • Good recognised University Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience with the ability to learn and understand industrial metrology (measurements) for process control
  • A sales heart with good knowledge of sales processes and a passion to achieve targets
  • A team player with strong interpersonal communication skills, high integrity and discipline
  • Have your own car transport
