General Description:
The successful candidate will initially get trained by both existing Clenergy Thai staff and technical team in China and will benefit from a supportive and diverse company culture. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to self-learning, taking the initiative to acquire new skills and knowledge independently to meet the demands of their roles.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep technical understanding of Clenergy products and services offered.
- Provide technical support over emails and phone enquiries for Clenergy product solutions
- Provide Project management to customers coordinating with our HQ Operation, Engineering and solutions teams.
- Act as a technical liaison between the customer and our sales team
- Stay updated on local industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Assistance with, and presence at trade shows and customer events
- Gathering customer feedback and keeping record of customer interactions and product improvement recommendations
Position Requirements:
- Primary interest in renewable energy and relevant 2 year+ work experience is highly desirable.
- Bachelor of Engineering in either the Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial fields
- Strong interpersonal ability, computer skills and a technical mindset
- Candidates must be self-starting, self-managed, able to manage their own deadlines, KPI's.
