The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You will be the technical backbone of our sales process, helping customers understand how our material solutions can optimize their production, develop new preject to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Consultation: Analyze customer requirements and provide expert advice on material selection
- Business Development: Identify and approach new prospects in industries such as Electronics, Automotive industrial.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct sales and technical presentations and trials to prove the value of our solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing key accounts and principals.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain Covermat's competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal logistics and sales-support teams to ensure seamless delivery and post-sales support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical) or a related technical field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in technical sales (Industrial products or raw materials preferred). Fresh graduates with a strong technical aptitude are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical data into easy-to-understand value propositions.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is a plus.
- Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and a genuine problem-solver personality.
- Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and own a vehicle (for client visits).
