Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager - Python Development, located in Ban Chang. The Engineering Manager will oversee and lead a team of engineers, design and implement software development strategies, and manage projects to ensure successful execution. Key responsibilities include fostering integration across different systems, providing mentorship to team members, and maintaining high engineering standards in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills to effectively lead, mentor, and support engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python Development and Software Development practices is essential.
• Strong ability in Project Management to plan, execute, and oversee technical projects while adhering to timelines and deliverables.
• Experience in Integration to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality across systems and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in related industries such as inspection services or engineering consultancy is advantageous.
