Role Description The Sales Engineer, International Market, Stretch & Cast Film is a full-time, on-site role based in Chachoengsao. The role involves managing and growing international customer accounts by promoting stretch and cast film solutions, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and negotiating sales contracts in line with company targets. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Engineer provides technical support to customers, conducts product demonstrations and trials, and collaborates with the production and R&D teams to address customer requirements. The position includes monitoring market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and participating in trade shows or industry events as needed. The Sales Engineer also maintains accurate sales forecasts, prepares regular reports, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Engineering and technical product knowledge skills related to stretch and cast film or industrial packaging solutions.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly to diverse international stakeholders.
- Experience providing Technical Support, troubleshooting product performance issues, and coordinating with internal technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in industrial packaging, plastics, or manufacturing sectors, particularly in international markets, is an advantage.
- Ability to travel internationally as required and work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on achieving measurable sales targets.
