Job Description
- Responsible for generating leads and achieving sales targets.
- Apply strong technical and sales expertise to manage key and strategic sales channels.
- Plan, implement, and oversee sales activities, including administrative and financial aspects.
- Develop new target customers to expand market opportunities and drive business growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions to maintain relationships with existing clients and build new partnerships with potential customers.
- Monitor, follow up, and report on sales progress, customer development, and project status.
- Coordinate sales operations to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end sales process.
- Track ongoing projects and forecast monthly deliveries to support business planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, especially in project-based customers.
- Experience in Air Conditioning, HVAC, or related industries is preferred.
- Mature, self-motivated, and confident, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English communication (TOEIC score of at least 500) and proficient in computer programming. (Excel, PPT, Word)
- Must possess a private car and a valid driver's license.
- Positive attitude with a strong service-minded approach.
Package: Monthly + Car Allowance + Fleet Card + Toll Way (Incentive, Bonus)
Working Day/Time: Monday - Friday / 08.00 – 17.00
