We are partnering with a leading industrial solutions provider to find a dynamic Sales Engineer / Business Development professional to drive growth across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business with Chinese enterprises operating in Southeast Asia
- Manage and grow existing Japanese client accounts while acquiring new customers
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Handle commercial negotiations, quotations, and pricing discussions
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on technical solutions and product applications
- Provide market insights (customers, competitors, industry trends) to support strategic decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Native-level Mandarin proficiency (Mandatory) with Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Thai and/or Japanese language skills are a strong advantage
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Southeast Asia
- Proven sales experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial products
- Strong background in B2B sales / business development
- Ability to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders
