Position: Sales Manager Thailand (Renewable Energy / Solar & Energy Storage)
Location: Thailand
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Thailand market
- Identify and develop new distributors, partners, and key accounts
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support their business growth
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new opportunities
- Work closely with technical and product teams to support customers and provide solutions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall regional business growth
- Participate in industry exhibitions, customer visits, and market promotion activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 3+ years of sales experience in renewable energy, solar inverter, energy storage, UPS, or power electronics industry
- Strong knowledge of the Thailand energy or solar market is preferred
- Experience working with distributors and channel partners
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (Thai language is a strong advantage)
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and willing to travel
