Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to support our expanding interior fit-out and renovation business in Bangkok.

The role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and project acquisition for office, retail, and industrial renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new clients and business opportunities in Bangkok

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients

Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements

Provide technical proposals for interior and renovation works

Prepare quotations and coordinate with design and construction teams

Support project progress and client communication

Requirements

Experience in construction, interior fit-out, or renovation industry

Sales or project management experience preferred

Ability to read basic drawings

Good communication skills in English

Thai language ability is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in interior design or renovation projects

Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools

Experience working with Japanese or international companies
