Midea Building Technologies (MBT) Thailand is looking for Sales Engineers to join our growing VRF business.
Responsibilities
- Develop new customers and sales opportunities for VRF products.
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, dealers, and project customers.
- Follow up projects from quotation and negotiation through closing.
- Work with technical teams to provide suitable solutions to customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
- At least 1 year of HVAC Sales experience OR 1 year of Sales Engineer / B2B Sales experience.
- VRF/VRV or Commercial Air Conditioning experience is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Able to travel for customer visits.
