We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, recommending the right welding solutions, and supporting sales growth across our product linesincluding welding machines, consumables, and robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with industrial clients
- Understand customer applications and recommend appropriate welding machines, consumables, or automation solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, both on-site and remotely
- Collaborate with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Achieve sales targets and report on market trends and customer feedback
- Provide basic training and troubleshooting support for welding machines and robots
- Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and customer events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 35 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in welding or industrial equipment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel regularly to visit customers and attend industry events (must own a car)

Preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) and consumables
- Experience with robotic welding systems is a strong plus
