Sales Event Manager

Job Description

What you will be doing:

• Actively lead the Corporate MICE segment's sales, financial and administrative activities being coordinated with all group required arrangements
• Defines precisely guest requirements and ensures that the guest services offered corresponds effectively to their requests
• High level of interest to manage multiple events in the biggest Ballroom of the city
• Provides after-sales service and in particular to ensure all guests complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the respective departments if necessary.Ensures that all complaints have initiated follow-up action
• Negotiates prices with the clients
• Sales Manager is familiar with the operation and application of the hotel's computer/data processing system

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3years previous experience within similar role as Sales Manager
• Experience of Events with high volume participants
• Good communications skills, both written and verbal in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
• Working experience in 5. hotel operation is highly regarded
