Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and grow strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the shipping and logistics sector.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Promote company services, including ocean freight and logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- 35 years of proven sales experience (preferably in shipping, freight forwarding, or logistics).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office;
