Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking for our Freight Forwarding verticals.
To secure business and achieve the given target within time limit.
To fulfil the Dead Freight Vessel as per tonnage allocated.
Relay customer and market information /competitor's activity to organization.
Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with customers.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
Manage sales and service response process, including detailed quotation, RFQ requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and service recovery (complaints/compliments)
Credit control follow up and management.
Sourcing of vendors for Door-to-Door services. (Carrier / Feeders / Transporters / Depots etc).
Handle sales and marketing related assignments & projects.
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Experience:
3–5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, or related industry.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations, shipping documentation, and logistics solutions.
Experience in customer acquisition, RFQ handling, and vendor coordination.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced business environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM/ERP systems.
Preferably owns a car with a valid driving license.
