About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive - Aviation & Defence to drive business growth within the Thai Aviation MRO and Defence sectors. This role will focus on developing strategic relationships with Aviation MRO providers, and defence organizations while expanding the company's presence in Thailand.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing distributors, and building long-term partnerships within these highly specialized industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth within the aviation MRO and defence sectors in Thailand
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand market presence
- Identify and secure new customers within airlines, MRO organizations, and defence agencies
- Recruit and manage distributors and sales agents in the aviation and defence industries
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers and technical stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure profitable growth
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply and customer support
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market reports, and performance updates
Requirements
Preferred Background
- Experience selling aviation chemicals, technical equipment, aerospace components, or maintenance solutions
- Familiarity with aviation MRO processes and industry standards
- Experience engaging with government or defence organizations
