Role And Responsibilities
- Maintain a close connection with architects, builders, developers, and the real estate
industry in Thailand.
- Penetrate project sales market in the South region to achieve sales target.
- Approach developers/ contractors/ architects and designers to specify products into
projects and turn to be sales shipments.
- Monitor acquisition of new developer accounts.
- Measure total value of projects in sales pipeline and evaluate increase in market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive insights.
- Utilize project databases to target new projects, with support from channel partners.
- Build strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related filed.
- At least 2 years experience in project sales of construction building material in
upcountry
- Focus on End Customers and work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills with CAN DO attitude
- Good team player, service-minded, and enthusiastic.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, able to convey information clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Hubspot/CRM experience is a plus.
- Fluent in Thai and workable knowledge in English.
