As our Sales Executive in Thailand, you help grow and safeguard Sarens business with Chinese clients by turning their lifting and transport needs into concrete solutions. You build long-term relationships, prepare clear sales reports and market analysis, and coordinate closely with internal teams to deliver what we promise. You travel across the country when needed, resolve issues before they escalate, and protect both customer satisfaction and our reputation. You act as a proud ambassador of Team Blue in every interaction.

Your Job In a Nutshell
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking customers, present our products and services, and translate their needs into concrete sales.
- Maintain, grow and deepen relationships with both new and existing customers, with a strong focus on Chinese clients.
- Prepare sales reports and basic market analysis to support decision-making and highlight new business.
- Coordinate daily with internal teams (operations, finance, planning, SHEQ) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Travel regularly to up-country locations to visit clients and sites when needed.
- Respond to customer complaints in a professional way and resolve issues to safeguard customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all activities follow Sarens standards and local legislation, always putting safety, quality and integrity first.
About You
You are a
hands-on relationship builder who feels at ease in both
Chinese and Thai/English business environments. You enjoy being on the road, talking to clients, and turning conversations into concrete results. You keep your cool under pressure, stay
service-minded when issues arise, and you are eager to learn more about our heavy lifting and specialised transport solutions.
What You Bring To Team Blue
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) HSK5 level or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.
- A service-minded attitude and the ability to work under pressure and handle several client requests at the same time.
- High availability and willingness to travel to up-country locations when needed.
- Own car and a valid driver's licence.
- Sales or marketing experience, ideally in B2B or industrial services, is an advantage.
- Experience working with Chinese customers or in a Chinese-speaking environment is a plus.
