About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive – Coffee & Agricultural Products to support business expansion and develop long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners within the coffee and agricultural commodity industry.
This role focuses on coffee bean sales, customer development, market expansion, commercial negotiations, and business growth within Thailand and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new customers and expand the coffee bean sales market
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners
• Conduct coffee bean product presentations and sales negotiations
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Monitor market trends, coffee price fluctuations, and competitor activities within the industry
• Handle the sales process from quotation to payment collection follow-up
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams regarding coffee bean product delivery
• Support the company's business development in coffee beans and related agricultural products
• Travel for customer visits and business trips when required
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, Agricultural Economics, Food Science, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in commodity trading, agricultural products, coffee industry, or related B2B sales fields
• Experience working with industrial customers, distributors, or trading businesses is preferred
• Familiarity with commodity trading and futures market knowledge is preferred
• Experience in coffee supply chain business would be an advantage
• Q Grader certification is a plus
• Mandarin and English communication skills would be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and willing to travel for business when required
