About Company & Role
Our client is an upcoming educational consultancy firm based in Singapore, specialising in guiding students seeking admission to top overseas boarding schools across the US, UK, Switzerland, and other countries.

They are expanding their team and looking for a Sales Executive / Community Relations Executive who will focus on nurturing relationships with families, re-engaging warm leads, and driving conversions through trust-building and personalised guidance.

This role blends sales, community engagement, and relationship management, and is ideal for someone who is warm, structured, and confident in speaking with parents regularly.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management with Families
  • Serve as the main contact for assigned families, especially English- and Thai-speaking parents and students.
  • Build long-term trust by understanding each family's needs, concerns, and education goals.
  • Conduct regular touchpoints through calls, chats, and online meetings to maintain engagement.
  • Identify additional opportunities such as siblings enrolments, next-stage planning, or referrals.
  1. Sales & Conversion
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with warm leads and existing families.
  • Recommend suitable services, address concerns professionally, and close enrolments confidently.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed consultations and signed service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Community Relations on pricing, proposals, and follow-through.
  • Community & Referral Growth
    • Strengthen the family community through high-touch engagement and consistent communication.
    • Identify delighted families and proactively encourage referrals.
    • Support referral activities such as appreciation messages and tracking.
    • Gather testimonials and success stories to support marketing and credibility.
  • Lead Management & Re-Engagement
    • Re-engage warm, inactive, or dormant leads via personalised outreach.
    • Prioritise leads in the CRM and ensure timely follow-up.
    • Track leads from first touch to close and coordinate handover to counsellors and operations teams.
  • Administration & Reporting
    • Keep accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions, sales stages, and referrals in the CRM.
    • Prepare weekly updates covering engagement activities, referrals, pipeline status, and closed deals.
    • Maintain consistent, professional communication across all channels.

    Requirements

    • 2+ years in sales or client relations.
    • Fluent in Thai & English (Mandarin a plus).
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Confident in handling sales calls and closing deals.
    • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
