Hire Quality Software is looking for aSales Executiveto help drive growth, expand our business, and build strong partnerships. This is a key position with competitive compensation including a base salary plus commission. You will play a leading role in the company, managing our current clients while developing new opportunities including expansion into the Thai market.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the companys business development strategy.
- Identify and pursue new markets and client opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow up on proposals to achieve sales targets.
- Build a strong sales pipeline, draft proposals, and close deals.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients and contracts.
- Participate in company strategy meetings.
- Develop sales and marketing tools, target new business opportunities, and create solutions to strengthen customers competitive advantage.
- Track and report sales activities, providing regular updates to the Managing Director.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in any field (international degree preferred but not required).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales (experience in the tech industry is an advantage).
- Independent, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with professional fluency in both Thai and English.
