Job Description
Develop new clients and increase the sales of the company.
Addressing and resolving complaints, planning orders, samples and working in hand in developing sales with clients.
Collaborating with sales, logistics, R&D, Marketing to ensure that key clients needs are met.
Setting goals, forecast, and marketing tools for clients.
Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Results oriented and ability to work under pressure.
Fluency in English, Thai is a must.
Willingness to travel.
The selected person will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in the assigned markets to achieve the established growth and sales targets.
In addition, he/she will identify business opportunities and develop strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the sector, analysing the competition to identify new trends and growth opportunities.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Chemistry / Food Science / Food Technology or equivalent
Proven sales and account management experience in chemical or related industries.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience in the Food Ingredients sector within the Thai market. Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in selling flavors to the food industry.
Good planning skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good communication skills
Good command of English and Thai.
Advance knowledge in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Job requires to travel
Possess good analytical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel extensively within Thailand to meet clients, and occasionally to Malaysia, which serves as our regional hub.

As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to sell our top-shelf, value-added food flavour portfolio.
You will be an intricate part of the commercial team, responsible for developing and delivering sales activities to food & beverage accounts across all categories.
You will be given ownership over your sales territory with the ability and expectation to manage and grow your business with existing clients and onboarding new ones. As a part of a dynamic team, you will have internal resources structured to support and ensure your success!
What You'll Bring
Technical Sales experience in a B2B environment, like in food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or other technical and value added products.
A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts along with the drive and passion to win!
Can navigate large accounts and partner with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects, which requires savvy at selling technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
Ability to travel regularly across Thailand to visit clients, and trade shows.
