Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Store Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and the retail outlet.
  • Understand store needs and provide tailored support.

2. Sales Execution

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Promote new products and ensure sell-through.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance per store.

3. Merchandising & Product Display

  • Ensure products are displayed according to planogram standards.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Set up promotional materials and ensure visibility of key products.

4. Market Intelligence

  • Collect market and competitor insights from retail stores.
  • Identify opportunities for growth or improvement.
  • Report findings to the sales and marketing teams.

5. Problem Solving & Customer Service

  • Handle store complaints or issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve problems.
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction from retail partners.

6. Store Development & Expansion

  • Identify potential new retails partners or expansion opportunities.
  • Support onboarding of new stores.
  • Encourage stores to expand product range or shelf space.

7. Promotion & Campaign Implementation

  • Communicate and execute promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Train store staff on product features and promotional offers.
  • Track campaign performance and gather feedback.

What We Look For And What We Offer

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in Industrial Paint and Marine & Protective Coating products.
  • Possess a computer literacy and familiar with Microsoft365 (Excel , Word, Power point, etc.).
  • Experienced in handling dealers sales and customer relation management.
  • Experienced in negotiations in regards of sales.
