Our versatile technology platform has broad applications in disease diagnosis and biomarker discovery.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Bangkok, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Executive will be responsible solely for door to door hospital visits, cold calling doctors to build strong relationships with our clinicians. The role includes introducing our products to clinicians, supporting in the follow ups of administrative processes like code opening, tracking sales numbers. The candidate should be spending 80% on hospital visits, and 20% on management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for diagnostic products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and diagnostics market.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions for clinicians and laboratory teams.
  • Work closely with marketing and clinical teams to support product launches and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and procurement processes when required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in healthcare sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare (preferred).
  • Some experiences in front line sales role or service roles
  • Ability to manage simple administrative processes and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience selling molecular diagnostics, PCR-based products, or laboratory solutions.
  • Existing network within hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, or healthcare providers.

Understanding of the clinical diagnostics and healthcare procurement process.
