Job Purpose:

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our growing team. You'll be one of the early sales hires, working closely with the founders to define and execute our go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia and Australia. Your focus will be on acquiring SMEs and select enterprise accounts in eCommerce, software development, digital agencies, outsourcing centres, and Web2.5 bridge firms.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Run digital marketing channels
  • Run campaigns for new customers and perform analytics to determine conversion rates
  • Optimise experimentation framework and automate cycling between marketing spend experiments
  • Global focus with exclusion lists based on internal policy

Portfolio Engagement:

  • Run campaigns for existing customers to hit key KPIs
  • Manage retention and dormancy rates
  • Optimise experimentation framework
  • Automate customer lifecycle journeys that are based on customer segment

Partner Management:

  • Manage digital marketing partners.
  • Manage direct marketing channels.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of SMEs in Thailand.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams on customer requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential

  • 25 years in 360 marketing experience (preferably fintech, SaaS, payments, or SME-focused products).
  • Understanding of SME business pain points in cross-border payments, FX, and finance in Thailand.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably within the financial services or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with Southeast Asia and depth in Thailand
  • Comfortable in a startup environment resourceful, adaptable, and hands-on.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Thai languages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach, and modern sales tech stacks.
  • Comfrtoable using marketing tools such as social ads, campaign automation tools, and analytics tools

Desirable:

  • Existing network of contacts and customers in Thailand.
  • Knowledge of payment processing and financial technology.

  • Sales Drive: Highly motivated to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify and solve problems effectively.
