Salary Range: Basic pay of SGD 2,800.00 up to SGD 3,000.00 per month, plus commissions, plus KPI incentive and transport allowance.
Key Responsibilities
. Market and sell Ready-Mixed Concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
. Reconnect with past clients and attract new ones to grow the customer base.
. Foster lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
. Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts within company guidelines.
. Work closely with internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.
. Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
. Construction industry experience is advantageous.
. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
. Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented with proven sales success.
. Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
