Job Description (Sale Executive /Express Product):
- 100% Hunt sales with experienced skills.
- Well understand on end-to-end process of Express shipments, from booking to delivery, ensuring adherence to client requirements and industry regulations.
- Manage and grow assigned existing customer accounts through regular visits, relationship building, and service satisfaction
- Develop new business by identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting opportunities into active customers
- Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in terms of revenue, volume, and margin
- Conduct field sales activities including customer meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of Sales Experience in Freight Forwarder.
- Must have own car and driving license.
- Highly self-motivated, excellent customer service mind, and positive thinking.
- Good command in English both writing and speaking.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
