Responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, planning sales campaigns, and building a strong, effective, and productive sales team to achieve target results and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted on time, including TH Breakdown, Action Plans, revised sales and marketing strategies (when targets are not achieved), and Monthly Sales Reports.
Drive food business products to clients in a manner that ensures all required team conversion rates for proposals and contracts are met, and ensure all proposals are followed up to guarantee our services exceed customer expectations.
Report to management on market trends, demand for products, market movements, and any problems encountered in selling identified products.
Initiate ideas for market events to expand sales in designated zones and for specific products.
