Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Industrial Pigment) based in Samut Prakan. The Sales Executive will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve targets. The role involves market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The individual will also monitor market trends, track competition, and provide feedback to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Experience in the industrial pigment or color solutions sector is preferred
  • Skills in conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying business opportunities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • Capability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver excellent customer service
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently
