Job Title: Sales Executive (ISO Certificate)
Working condition: On-site (Mon Fri: Office Hours)
Salary: 28,000 35,000 THB./month (based on skill and experience)

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify, qualify, and pursue leads for ISO certification services across various industries.
- Conduct market research to understand industry needs, competitor offerings, and potential customer segments.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, events, and referrals.
Sales & Client Engagement
- Explain ISO standards, certification processes, timelines, and financial requirements to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations both online and in person.
- Develop proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements tailored to client requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations, auditors, and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide support throughout the certification process.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and share insights with management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
- 15 years of experience in B2B sales; experience in ISO certification, training services, compliance, or consulting services is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, etc.) or willingness to learn.
- Ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Able to communicate in English (B1+)
- Have own car and driver license
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
