Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and approach new customers to present company products including Software, Hardware, IT Training Courses, and other solutions.
Conduct client visits or phone calls to introduce and promote products and services.
Manage and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering, Business Computer, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
Passion for sales and customer service with a strong service mindset.
Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn new things and work effectively as a team.
English communication skills at intermediate to good level.
Experience in IT Training, Hardware, Software, Infrastructure, or Cloud solutions will be considered an advantage.
