Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Responsibilities:

1. Developandmanagesalesactivitiestoachievebusinesstargets.
2. CommunicateeffectivelywithJapaneseclientsandinternalteamsinbothspokenandwrittenJapanese(JLPTN2/N3orequivalent).
3. Providetranslationandinterpretationsupportfordocuments,meetings,andbusinessdiscussions.
4. PreparepresentationsandreportsformanagersandclientsusingMicrosoftPowerPoint,Canva,andExcel.
5. Analyzesalesdata,markettrends,andcustomerneedstosupportstrategicplanninganddecision-making.
6. Assistinproductionplanningorprocurementtasksifnecessary.
7. Maintainstrongrelationshipswithclientsandprovideexcellentcustomerservice.
8. Performotheradministrativeorbusinesssupporttasksasassigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.
2. Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2/N3) with certification or academic background from Japan.
3. 3-5 years of experience in sales or business support.
4. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to multiple tasks.
7. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Canva proficiency is a plus.
8. Valid driver's license and own car.
9. Professional appearance and friendly attitude.
