About the Company
Work closely with the Sales Manager to support the growth of sales revenue and profitability of the Steel Structure System business unit, primarily targeting industrial building construction.
About the Role
Identify and develop new markets, acquire new clients, and expand product, project, and solution sales coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Apply a solution-based, market-driven, strategic selling approach to differentiate offerings and optimize customer value.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and industry trends in the assigned region.
- Plan and execute sales activities in coordination with the Sales Manager to achieve targets.
- Maintain and manage strong customer relationships, establishing long-term strategic partnerships with developers, EPCs, design consultants, main and sub-contractors.
- Collaborate with technical, design, project management, supply chain, and pricing teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate with other business units to provide clients with a total solution approach.
- Assist with local regulations, product certifications, and logistics matters, acting as the local liaison with relevant government authorities.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold the company's image in the assigned region.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial & Civil Construction, or related field.
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the steel industrial building industry or cross-industry project-based sales (e.g., building envelopes, coatings, waterproofing).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a high level of responsibility and commitment.
- Established network with local industrial building developers, civil engineering consultancies, main contractors, sub-contractors, and EPCs.
- Independent, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills, and a persistent can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
