Sales Executive (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding/ Supply Chain) - West - WCDT

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Contract Logistics, Warehousing, Transportation, and Freight Management services.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to corporate sales planning and business development strategies.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer requirements with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Gather and provide market and customer intelligence to support business growth.
• Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment within agreed credit terms.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of proven hunter sales experience in the freight forwarding and logistics industry.

• Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, contract logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain solutions.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build, manage, and grow client relationships.
