Role Description The Sales Executive (Outerwear Division) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok. This role is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts for outerwear fabrics, including identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings and presentations, preparing quotations, coordinating sample requests, and following up on orders and deliveries in collaboration with production and logistics teams. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product development and pricing strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, achieving assigned sales targets, and representing Gemma Knits professionally at client visits, trade shows, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Sales and account management skills, including lead generation, customer relationship building, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of textiles or apparel, especially outerwear, with the ability to understand fabric specifications and performance requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (Thai language skills are an advantage).
  • Organizational and coordination abilities, including managing multiple accounts, tracking orders, and working closely with internal teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret market trends, customer needs, and pricing structures.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Textiles, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales within textiles, apparel, or related industries is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bangkok and Samutsakorn, travel to customer locations when needed, and meet defined sales targets.
