Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bangkok. The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of prospects, and achieving assigned sales targets. Daily activities include conducting client meetings and presentations, following up on inbound inquiries, making outbound calls or visits, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role also involves negotiating contract terms, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Sales Executive will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and report on sales activities and results to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic sales reporting, and using digital tools (email, video calls, presentations) to manage the sales cycle.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangkok, organize time effectively, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Thai or additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
