Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive – Regional to support business expansion in Southern Thailand. This is an independent role responsible for driving B2B sales growth within the latex glove manufacturing industry, focusing on polymer coatings and rubber chemical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the assigned region
- Identify, approach, and secure new B2B customers within the latex glove manufacturing sector
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
- Provide technical consultation on polymer coatings, resins, solvents, and additives
- Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Requirements
Thai National, willing to be based in Songkhla
Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Science, or related fields
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and B2B marketing
Technical understanding of polymer coatings, resins, solvents, and additives
(experience in coating technologies is an advantage)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Highly motivated, aggressive, hands-on, and sales-driven personality
Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively
