Job brief
The Sales Executive – Retail is responsible for supporting the retail leasing and sales operations by identifying opportunities, engaging prospective tenants, and achieving individual sales targets. This role focuses on expanding client relationships, driving leasing transactions, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the retail business.
Responsibilities
1. Sales and Leasing Activities
- Identify, source, and secure new retail stock and leasing opportunities.
- Present property information and leasing options to potential tenants.
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions under management supervision to achieve optimal results.
- Support the preparation and execution of lease agreements and related documentation.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, prospective clients, and Savills global network.
- Provide professional customer service and ensure timely follow-ups for client satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client databases and leasing records accurately.
3. Market Research, Business Development and Reporting
- Conduct market surveys and collect data on competitor properties, rental rates, and market trends.
- Identify and contact potential tenants through cold calling and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing business development strategies to expand the client base.
- Provide insights and feedback to management on market conditions and client needs.
- Prepare regular sales and leasing activity reports for management review.
4. Marketing and Promotion
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available retail spaces through signage, online listings, and campaigns.
- Participate in property marketing activities and contribute promotional ideas to increase visibility and lead generation.
5. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and leasing targets.
- Prepare pipeline and activity reports on a weekly basis.
- Actively participate in promotional activities and property marketing initiatives.
6. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the team to execute business strategies.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and client engagement.
Requirements
- Thai nationality
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 1–3 years experience in retail, leasing, or real estate
- Strong knowledge of retail tenants/brands (fashion, F&B, lifestyle, etc.)
- Experience managing or working with tenant databases is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Understanding of retail leasing and commercial property is preferred
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to build strong client relationships
