KEY MISSIONS
As a sales executive for Russian marketing at Yona Beach Club, the key mission involves expanding Russian overseas sales by leveraging various channels such as hotels, travel agents, and online travel agencies. This includes achieving booking goals and revenue targets, identifying new distribution channels, and managing accounts to maximize business potential while addressing any issues that may arise. Building positive relationships with partners, gathering customer feedback, and understanding client needs are crucial aspects. Additionally, connecting with industry groups and providing exceptional service to clients to exceed their expectations are essential components of the role.
Central Job Scope
Develop Russian and International overseas sales through our network of hotels, travel agents, concierge, villa managers, DMC, OTA and other in-destination sales outlets.
Achieve established booking goals and property revenue by supporting and assisting contracted travel tours and to sell and promote Yona Beach Club.
Prospect, identify and develop new channels of distribution to increase the volume of sales.
Manage appointed Accounts and be their main point of contact in order to maximize potential business and deal with escalated issues.
Establish positive working relationships with new and existing partners by maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Manage large group inquiries (B2B and B2C), from semi-privatization to full venue privatization, overseeing the entire process from sales closing to onboard event management and coordination with operational teams (service, kitchen, etc.).
Gather customer feedback and market sentiments for stakeholders to enhance products and services.
Understanding the needs of clients and ensuring the best possible options.
Connect and build relationships with relevant industry groups (i.e. TAT, tourist boards, industry associations).
Coordinate reservations; negotiate contracts/packages, and record keeping for tours.
Consistently exceed clients expectation by fulfilling exceptional pre-arrival service and communication across guest propositions.
