Driven – Strategic – Relationship Builder

As a Sales Executive at Sarens in Thailand, you create, own and grow long-term relationships with key clients in the lifting and transport sector. You identify new business, lead commercial negotiations, and translate complex lifting challenges into safe, reliable rental and technical solutions. From first contact to project execution, you play a crucial role in driving revenue, strengthening partnerships and delivering on our promise: Nothing Too Heavy, Nothing Too High.

Your Job In a Nutshell

  • You represent Sarens and its rental solutions across Thailand.
  • You actively identify and acquire new business through targeted prospecting and market outreach.
  • You build trusted partnerships by providing regular consultation and high-quality customer care.
  • You create tailored commercial proposals and present technical solutions to clients.
  • You lead price discussions and contract negotiations to close sustainable deals.
  • You monitor competitors and market developments to spot growth opportunities.
  • You conduct in-person client visits, site meetings and attend industry events.
  • You manage and develop strategic accounts within the lifting and transport sector.
  • You coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • You act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and monitor client satisfaction.
  • You prepare sales forecasts, budgets and reports for senior management.
  • You report directly to the Country Manager and collaborate closely with the regional commercial team.

About You

You are a commercial leader who combines technical insight with strong relationship skills. You enjoy autonomy, take ownership of your results and know how to turn complex lifting challenges into brilliant, safe solutions. You are comfortable operating in a project-based environment and thrive on building trust with clients.

Required

  • Proven experience in sales or account management within equipment rental, construction or industrial services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and commercial priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of contract management and budgeting.
  • Willingness to travel within Thailand and the region.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Experience in a similar role within construction, crane or equipment rental.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of crane rental, heavy lifting or construction industry.
  • Experience working with ERP or CRM systems.
  • Exposure to project-based or technical service environments.
