Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Olympus Thailand, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with customers across Bangkok area. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions, helping to improve patient care with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
  • Product Promotion: Conduct impactful product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits of Olympus medical devices.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in your territory.
  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional service, assisting with product inquiries and occasional workshop support (including in Bangkok).
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle sales documentation, manage customer records, place invoices, and follow up on billing processes (no direct money collection involved).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related field.
  • 13 years of sales experience in medical devices or related industries (OR experience is a plus).
  • Strong sense of responsibility and independence; capable of working in upcountry areas.
  • Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
