Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new B2B clients and build and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on maximizing contract value and profit margins.
  • Prepare and manage contracts and administrative tasks.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and propose tailored strategies.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including hotel operations, to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent the hotel group at trade shows and events.
  • Expected travel commitment to visit multiple hotels and attend trade shows as required.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry or B2B sector.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Digitally proficient and comfortable with modern technology and CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
