Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and sell our products, including Forex, gold, and related financial services.
  • Actively engage prospects through multiple channels (phone, chat, social media, and in-person meetings).
  • Identify new business opportunities through market and competitor research.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance client experience.
  • Participate in seminars, IB events, and weekend activities as required.

Skills and Experience that WOW us:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development. Experience in FX sales is mandatory.
  • Existing client base or IB network is a strong advantage.
  • A proactive and ambitious attitude, with the drive to exceed expectations.
  • A passion for staying informed about market trends and a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
