Get VOC and analyze data from market, customer, competitors to find new business opportunities
Develop, review sales plan of related product in own area including price, product, channel etc. (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and execute sales activities as scheduled
Manage demand and supply along value chain (eg. 18-months demand, DQ, stock and delivery) to ensure efficiency of the entire sales process of own area
Utilize customer data analytics , sales platform and sales tools application for more effectiveness and always suggest for new initiatives/improvement
Manage sales process from order to delivery and monitor credit term to deliver products & services that create value to customer
Understand customer value chain and establish & manage customer relationship in own area to ensure that customer perceives maximum value of company's offers
Give technical advisory by recommending grades, basic technical details, solving customer's technical problem in collaboration with technical services team
Support NPD/Non NPD, product/service improvement projects in own area by collaborating with internal functions (TS, Material Design, Product/Application Development) & external partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field
Minimum GPA of 2.70 for undergraduate and 3.30 for postgraduate studies
Good command of English (TOEIC score of 750 or above)
0 5 years of experience in sales or related fields
