Responsibilities
1.- Sales Resource Optimization
- Define what are the optimal resourcing requirements to achieve the goals
- Propose the most convenient product portfolio
- Maximize sales force structure (teams and sizing)
- Evaluate external sales forces
2.- Reward and recognition
- Support the high productivity motivating and driving the Sales Force behavior
- Monthly measure of incentives.
3.- Customer Targeting
- Cross functional collaboration with Marketing and the Top Management to set the Targeting strategy
- Support the sales force in profiling and segmentation process
- Enable Targeting in the CRM
- Tracking and monitoring of Targeting
4.- Dashboard
- Manage, Analysis and delivery of market information to the Sales Force
- Elaborates monthly reports of DDD, Audit, Pharma, Close Up
- Establishment and monitoring of KPI's
5.- Sales Force Activities
- Manage and control call activities (Sales Force Structure, Medical Directory, Coverage, reports and KPI's).
- Establishment of control points to assure the quality and integrity of the information
6- Sales Force Automation
- Automation analysis, Documentation, Pilot process, STP, Implementation's plan.
- Data maintenance for Veeva CRM system
- Assure the implementation of World's Best Practices on SFE
7.- Field Operation Reviews
- Market KPI's on the field
- Design to review results by Region, City, District, Rep
8.- 4 PL Management
- Maintain customer data
- Ensure effective sales transaction, daily report
Qualifications
Education
- Professional degree in Business Administration / Administrative
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
