The Opportunity: Grow Our Markets Across Hybrid Tracks

We are seeking highly motivated, aggressive, and commercially astute Sales Hunter / Business Development Executives to spearhead new business acquisition in either Thailand or Malaysia. Candidates will be aligned with one of our two core hybrid tracks. This is a pure new business, client-facing role for an individual who is hungry to exceed targets and is seeking significant earning potential and international market exposure.

This role is initially a contract position, designed to reward high performance. Successful candidates who meet and exceed their aggressive sales targets will have the opportunity to convert to a permanent, full-time role with enhanced benefits and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Hunter, your primary focus will be on aggressively identifying, prospecting, and closing new business deals within your assigned hybrid product track.

  • Aggressive Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively research, identify, and target new enterprise-level clients within the FMCG, Consumer Business, and Real Estate sectors.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from initial cold outreach and qualification to developing compelling, track-specific proposals, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Client Engagement & Travel: Regularly travel within your market to conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with potential clients, including C-suite and senior decision-makers. This role provides direct exposure to high-level regional business operations and market trends.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic partner to prospects, demonstrating a strong understanding of their business challenges and clearly articulating how GrowthDesk's specialized solutions will deliver measurable ROI.
  • Commercial Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of contract terms, pricing, and commercial viability to construct profitable and high-value deals.

Qualifications

Key Requirements (Your Profile) - Hybrid Track Specialization

We are hiring for two distinct Sales Tracks. Candidates must have specific expertise in the relevant track.

Track 1: Technology and Intelligence Solutions Hunter

  • Focus: Selling GrowthDesk's entire suite of technology and data assets:
  • Intelligence Tool - Pulse (Market research and consumer insights)
  • Marketing Technology (MarTech platforms and activation solutions)
  • Specific Experience: Proven experience selling B2B SaaS, Marketing Technology (MarTech), and/or Data/Intelligence tools to enterprise clients. Must be comfortable articulating the value of data-driven solutions for FMCG, Consumer businesses.

Track 2: Agency and Creative Services Hunter

  • Focus: Selling the full spectrum of strategic marketing agency services under GrowthDesk Studios, which includes: Creative, Branding, Content, Social Media, Performance Marketing/Lead Generation, and Events.
  • Specific Experience:
    • Proven experience in a Business Development role within a Creative, Digital, or Full-Service Marketing Agency.
    • A strong track record of closing complex, service-based contracts.
    • Crucially, must possess a consultative, strategic approach to sales.
    • Ability to connect high-level commercial problem statements (e.g., market share, slow growth, poor brand perception) to bespoke, integrated marketing solutions and technology.
    • Demonstrable experience working with strategists or being a key strategic voice during the pitch process
General Requirements (Mandatory For All Tracks)

  • Core Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven, client-facing experience in a pure sales hunter or new business development role.
  • Industry Focus (Priority): Experience selling into the FMCG, Consumer Business, or Real Estate/Property sectors.
  • Communication: Fluent professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Global Mindset: Demonstrable overseas work experience or extensive experience within multinational organizations is highly preferred.
  • Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet clients within your market.
