Job Description

Job Responsibility:

  1. Develop and execute the business plan aligned with the company's global and regional goals.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for the team and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and lead, mentor, and motivate the sales managers to achieve sales and operational excellence.
  4. Recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities and build a collaborative and high-performance culture through training, development, and regular performance evaluations.
  5. Drive revenue growth through direct client engagement, partnerships, and upselling opportunities.
  6. Manage and expand relationships with new market/ partnership, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty,Identify and evaluate potential new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  3. Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  4. In-depth understanding of the B2B travel ecosystem, including distribution channels and technology platforms.
  5. Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
  6. Based in Thailand.
