Job Responsibility:
- Develop and execute the business plan aligned with the company's global and regional goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set clear objectives, KPIs, and targets for the team and ensure alignment with organizational priorities and lead, mentor, and motivate the sales managers to achieve sales and operational excellence.
- Recruit and onboard top talent to strengthen the team's capabilities and build a collaborative and high-performance culture through training, development, and regular performance evaluations.
- Drive revenue growth through direct client engagement, partnerships, and upselling opportunities.
- Manage and expand relationships with new market/ partnership, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty,Identify and evaluate potential new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of the B2B travel ecosystem, including distribution channels and technology platforms.
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
- Based in Thailand.
