Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Development
- Assist the branch team in follow-up and execution of sales orders
- Proactively identify customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and support market expansion
- Continuously develop new clients to increase business volume and achieve sales targets
Accounts, Finance & Risk Control
- Support payment collection and follow-up on accounts receivable
- Conduct risk analysis on key accounts and regional business exposure
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and compliance with risk control procedures
- Handle reconciliation of customer financial accounts and transaction records
Operations & Supply Chain
- Oversee product inventory, quality inspection, and delivery processes
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed throughout logistics and delivery
Team & Branch Management Support
- Participate in branch team management and daily operations
- Support recruitment, performance evaluation, and staff development
- Assist in promoting corporate culture and building team morale
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Ensure strict execution of company policies and business requirements
- Collect market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights for headquarter.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in any related fields
- 5-10 years of work experience in sales preferred
- Experience leading a small team (2-5 members) is highly preferred
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK 5 or above preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong logical thinking, analytical, and summarization abilities
- Demonstrated goal orientation, learning agility, and strong communication capability
